Good to knowHow do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart and tap Request This Order, or go straight to our order form. Include your event date, the items you're interested in, quantities, and your theme or design idea.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks before your event. For larger orders (over $250), please order 3 to 4 weeks in advance.
Any order placed less than 2 weeks before the event date is considered a rush order and is subject to a rush fee.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Yes! Last-minute orders come with an additional rush fee. Any order placed less than 2 weeks before the event date is considered a rush order.
Will I see my design before my order is made?
Yes. Your design will be sent to you for approval before your items are completed.
Can I make changes to my design?
Yes. Up to 5 revisions are included. Revisions after the 5th may require an additional fee.
No changes can be made within one week of your order's due date.
Do you accept custom designs?
Yes! Everything we make is custom and made to order. Share your theme, colors, names and wording on our order form, then email your inspiration photos, and we'll design around your vision.
Can I send my own design?
Yes! If you already have a completed design, you can send it over and we can print it for your order.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. There is a $50 minimum for all orders.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your order. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Payments can be made by Apple Pay or Zelle. Payment details will be included with your invoice.
When is the remaining balance due?
Once your order is complete, we'll send you photos to confirm everything. The remaining 50% must be paid before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because every order is customized just for you, we do not offer refunds.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Yes. Pickup is free. Local delivery is available for an additional charge.
Do you ship?
Yes! Shipping is available for an additional charge. Please place your order early enough to allow time for both production and shipping.
Do you offer party favors for small gatherings?
Yes! You don't have to be having a large party. Small-quantity party favors are available as long as your order meets the $50 minimum.
What types of events do you make favors for?
Any type of event, you name it! Birthdays, baby showers, bridal events, graduations, girls' trips, family reunions, and more.
Can I buy Game Day items individually?
Yes! Game Day items can be ordered individually or as a bundle, as long as your order meets the $50 minimum.
